- Each paid plan runs for 30 days from payment and is activated instantly after payment. It renews only when you pay again.

- Your plan stays active until the end of the 30 days you have already paid for. After that, your chatbot pauses and sends customers a polite holding reply until you renew.

Trying a paid plan for the first time? If it is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.
Refunds
- Your first paid plan is covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee above.
- After that, because plans are a digital service activated instantly, the current 30-day fee is not refunded once the plan is active.
- If you were charged but your plan was not activated, or you were charged twice, email us within 7 days with your payment ID. Verified cases are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
- The Free plan has no charges and needs no cancellation.
