Shipping Policy

• When you buy a plan, it is activated on your BharosaChat account. Nothing is shipped to your address.
• Activation normally happens immediately after Razorpay confirms your payment.
• If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email bharosachat@gmail.com with your payment ID and we will activate it manually.

What you receive

Access to the AI chatbot, marketing tools and message quota of the plan you chose, usable on the web app at bharosachat.com and the Android app.

No shipping charges, no delivery times, no courier tracking — because there is nothing to ship.
